January 9th - Scarborough.
@classical beat - I see your test invite is on the same day. I live near sq 1 and will be driving. If you want a ride or just wanna carpool let me know!

I received the Oath invite for Jan 11th :)

Wow. Congrats...u have beaten every one else. Did u get by mail or email
Thanks :) , my eCas updated. I don't know for some reason I never received any emails from CIC other than my AOR. I always received all notifications on my eCas. I really hope you will receive your Oath invite soon. Have you checked your eCas?

Congratulation.
Your time line is similar to mine. I just checked eCas but It is still Decision Made. Hopefully I will get my christmas gift before christmas.

Thanks. Yes, I really hope you will get your Oath invite by tomorrow. Wouldn't that be awesome if we all take the Oath the same day :)

Took the oath on Dec 20th! Here is my experience, in case anyone is wondering what happens; before we were seated in the main hall we lined up for a final paper check with a CIC agent, they asked for our letters of invite, landing documents and PR cards, we signed a paper, then we were told to proceed to our assigned seat in the main room. (Visitors sat in the back). The citizenship judge gave a speech, the oath was recited in English and French, then we were called up to receive our citizenship certificates one by one. After that, we sang O Canada, and the judge said some closing words. Those who wanted could then take a photo with the judge. The whole process took about two hours.

Good luck to everyone still waiting :)

EDIT: And my e-CAS has updated from DM to "Complete". :D

You need landing documents again at the oath/ceremony?

Is anyone in Calgary post-test still waiting on oath/ceremony?
