MAY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

We are still waiting....out BGC changed to in process since november 8th. And nothing after that. Our file is in Bucharest. Anyone has the same experience?
 
MY husband got VISA on hand already since January 5.

App. Filed: May 27, 2016.
App. Received: June16, 2016.
SA: July 28, 2016.
Filed Transferred to Manila: August 2, 2016.
Background check in Progress in MyCiC: December 9, 2016.
Decision Made in ECAS: December 13, 2016.
Passport Request Email: December 20, 2016.
Urgent Passport Request Email: December 21, 2016.
Passport submitted personally at VFS Manila: December 22, 2016.
Case CLOSED and Final decision APPROVED in MyCic: December 29, 2016.
Passport returned with visa stamped: January 5, 2017.

To God be the Glory! Thank you guys for helping and answering my queries!
Hubby is gonna land Toronto on January 18. Praying for your application too!

Next is, you wait nervously for them to send a letter or email with the Decision result.
You should receive that letter very soon.

Did you see 'Decision Made' in ecase or in MyCIC ?

Do you wish to share any of your timeline details, like when your application was submitted,
which VO processed your application... ?

Status changed on Ecas only.

I am a US citizen applying Outland.
VO is Ottawa
Application was received May 5th.
Did not do medical check until summer because I was pregnant.
Husband and I have a 20 year age gap like his parents so definitely hoping for good news.

If you didn't have an interview, or a letter saying more proof of your relationship is required, then it is very likely you will receive a positive decision. And even if you did have an interview, they would normally have told you at the interview if they had doubts or didn't accept your relationship as genuine. I expect you will hear very soon. Hoping for a good result for you.

I have a quick question for all the experts on here.. I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is a Japanese citizen currently living in Japan. We applied for her PR outside of Canada and have been waiting since. We applied on Dec 5th 2016. Thsi is my current status on the CIC website for her application.

Sponsorship
We received your application to sponsor XXXXXX on December 5, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 13, 2016.
We started processing your application on December 12, 2016.


Permanent Residence
We received XXXXXX's application for permanent residence on December 5, 2016.
We started processing XXXXXX's application on December 28, 2016.
Medical results have been received.


Can someone please tell me what this means? I know I have already been approved as a Sponsor but what does this update mean?

Hi Friends,

I have an urgent doubt.

I applied for PR for my self from India and I landed in March 2016.After my landing my EACS showed as COMPLETE and I received my PR Card.I included my dependents in the application
I again applied for PR for my husband and spouse in May 2016 and they received DM on their EACS yesterday.
But now even MY EACS is also showing as DM and not COMPLETE.

Just want to know as to why my EACS has changed from COMPLETE to DECISION MAde again.
Is it something I should be worried about.
 
UPDATE: just received email requesting passport photos and copy of my US passport to be sent to OTtawa office. What is the approximate turn around time to receive my CoPR?
 
Guys i have a question,
Our app was filed 18th of june to Abu Dhabi VO, their processing time is 18 months , untill now no commuincation was recieved till this date, please advise me what should i do ?

- Shall he apply for an express entry , my husband is the applicant and im living with him abroad.

- shall we email the VO, or shall we wait the rest of the 18 month period
