We are really happy because it past only 4 month and we have DM.

Depends on the visa office. You should check Singapore VO timeline to see the current tendencies.

Looks like some kind of mass update was pushed through ECAS... I've had SA since July but ECAS always said 'In Process' on the sponsor side. Overnight it finally said DM but PA side is still In Process. Looks like others have the same. Interesting.

Checked ECAS sponsor says decision made but PA still in process but we got an email a few days ago. Thats why I say don't rely on ECAS and MYCIC they don't update it regularly.

I just joined the forum today , my application was received on may / 07th - i was approved on july /7th application recived at bogota office on july 30th - aor 1 was recived on aug 20- requesting medical and background check and that was done by sept 01 and received by cic .
Myn question is how long time should i expect to wait fir the visa to be issued ? Any advice would be much appreciated.

depends on what country, what my estimate is anywhere between 7-12 months
