Yeah I was surprised I didn't get one either.

I thought they had to respond too so I was in shock when it wasn't there on day 30.

It says in their confirmation email when you order them to wait until after day 31 to send them a status request..

I doubt it really matters, since if the passport was made before your marriage date.
Note if you do change it, than you also have to let CIC know about the new changes of the passport expiry, etc.
So assuming that you make a change to it, it may even delay the app process.

We found one matching application. But a representative has access to it, upload the form to remove him and so on..

My question is : How can my representative access the file. I asked him, he doesn't have access either. How do they check if its me or my representative trying to link the application. I tried with both email address, mine and my representatives email. I get the same message everytime. Did anyone else got this message. What can be done to link the application properly?

Woohoo! SA email received this morning and the rest of the application has now been sent to Kyiv. Please, dear God, let this not take 10 months. Good luck to all others still waiting on SA.

So, for the purpose of our May spreadsheet, is approval of my SA the AOR2?

As far as I know, MyCIC account is not available if you USE REPPRESENTATIVE.

No. They will send AOR2 to PA's email address if provided, or by mail.

Thanks! I'm acting as my wife's representative, so will I receive this? And, what exactly is an AOR2? We've sent everything in upfront, as well as all the requisite fees. Is it a irrelevant point if we've submitted everything?

Some VO sends AOR2, some do not. It's a good thing that send you everything upfront, so in case they email you again after AoR2, it might be additional documents request, or hopefully passport request.
 
Do not know why CIC sends emails at 12:15 am EST, butttt we got a decision made!!! MyCIC now says "Final Decision: This application has been approved"
