MAY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

I received my SA email today dated july 20, 2016. ;D I wish everyone luck.
 
I am so irritated! Called CIC today and was told my file officially does have an application received date of June 29th. Even though it was received on May 20th, originally!

CIC messed up and sent me back my application, stating I had been missing a form for Inland. I am not applying Inland, I'm applying Outland. So I called on June 28th and talked to an agent who said it sounded like someone in house had messed up, as all my forms were Outland and I had written "Outland" everywhere! He had advised me to write a letter explaining the mistake and told me when I sent it back, that it would be put back in the line up as a May 20th application. But apparently that did not happen!!!! We received AOR1 on Monday. The email said June 29th application. So I called today and was told that the only thing I can do to try and get it changed is to send a letter to CPC-M requesting that they reconsider

I am so irritated and annoyed. Why should I be punished for their mistake?! I would be getting SA this week if they hadn't had messed up in the first place! Gah.

Anyone wanna help me draft a letter? Hahahaha

Anyone got SA, recently? How much time does it take to get SA. On website it shows 56 days, but that's not the case. So if someone got it recently, please update. Thanks.
 
Hi Guys and Gals, Here is my situation

May 13th application Received AOR1 June 3
then, nothing

Middle of June I sent them the copy of the medical to add to the file. I sent it via the email.
I received a routine auto email advising me they received the medical receipt I emaied to CIC on June 23

The medical was completed in April and results sent by the doc electronically at the time which was prior to the application being sent.

After that, I checked online status every day and Medical Received was never added to my online status.

Now I am May 13th application, long overdue for SA and still no SA

BUT TODAY FINALLY I see Medical Received added on both sides of the ecas Sponsor Side and Applicant Side

SO My question is: Do you think this is a sign from the Immigration Gods that my file is being worked on
and that I'll receive my SA soon?

I took 65 days for me to get SA. Hang in there everyone.

Hi Everyone!

We received our AOR1 but CIC requested an additional document from my husband. We would have received our SA probably a week ago but this morning CIC received the requested Doc. Hopefully this gets processed quickly and our file gets sent out to the VO soon. Also, I got some great news from the FBI today, my fingerprints passed and the results were mailed out to our Immigration Consultant on Tuesday July 19th. This is just a relief as this was my 2x time getting my fingerprints processed (first time, my prints were rejected).
