where are you reading CIC requested IELTS results for this applicant? I am not seeing anything in the poster's history to suggest this. i also checked pages 39 and 42 like you suggested in the other thread, and there is no mentioned of IELTS. perhaps you are mis-reading something?

Those stats are not for the current Spousal sponsorship application. the dates highlighted suggest this person is a PR and landed through another stream back in 2014, where IELTS results were required. There are people here whose profile information is reflecting an older immigration application, as indicated by the actual dates listed.

what if the file was already transferred without the medical (as we only finished the medical a few days ago). would cic sent this seperately to the VO, thats my question?
i believe that VO will send you a request to submit the medical if they dont have it.....!

I thought so...but we always think that something could be wrong....
As I mentioned in the other thread, in the question when they asked if my Husband had taken any course to assess his English, we said YES. He did in Australia once, but not the IELTS.
Anyhow, THANKS AGAIN :)

Congrats! It looks like many or most of the May 1-5 applicants in this group have now received their SA. I thought mine was going to be transferred to Manila too because my spouse and I are in Korea. But my email said Ottawa instead. I actually don't know which is better..cause I haven't sent in my spouse's medical yet :(

I guess it its better in Ottawa because I heard they doing the process faster than any other VO. Are you visa exempt country?

Ia m Seeing all of early May applicants getting their SA. CIC received mine May 2 and I am still waiting on my SA. I hoping that it will be around mid on next week. Finger Cross ;D

You'll get it soon. Its probably approved already but not yet e/mailed to you. If it goes on for another week, then I think it's legit to phone them.

Best of luck! :)

Yes, my spouse I'm sponsoring is from S. Korea. (visa-exempt)

I'm just worried that her medical wasn't sent with the application. She's still waiting for an opening to get it done here.
So many Koreans need their medicals for working holidays and other visa applications, so there aren't any certified physicians available until early August.
I think it's gonna delay our application regardless of it being sent to Ottawa.
