I see that at medical is not needed it. we did medicals upfront. it can be an issue? or they just didn't update it?

Hi there, we have almost same status , well except for background check mine "not started". It's been bothering me , about that medical status, cause I did also upfront and yet status "not needed this time". Others got status "passed" even before getting AOR2. So just prob they didn't update it.

You should expect PPR soon, mostly once BC in Progress then PPR next.

anyone who has been requested PPR notice on mycic that under supporting documents it said anything about sending the passport. i noticed today under my husbands file it says replacement of passport document. and that it should be uploaded by dec 2nd. currently husbands passport is with the visa office since the past 10 days. do you guys think this supporting documents thing on mycic is regarding sending the passport? or is it i need to scan and upload his passport again. i am confused because it said replacement needed.

May Applicant - Spousal Sponsorship - NEW DELHI.

My File submitted in MAY 2016 and still waiting for passport request and visa.

There are people who are getting visa in 6-8 months. I come across a person who applied in April 2016 and got the VISA in NOV 2016 i.e 8 Months.

Is there anyone here who has any information on how much time it is taking now days for the processing ????

I don't think you'll be getting your PPR in 1 month. Although the Review of Eligibility is in progress there's still quite a way to go until Decision Made. I would give it at least another 2-3 months but keep checking e-cas, you never know.

can anyone answer my question. a few days ago i noticed under mycic account that there was some supporting documents required by us. I only noticed this a few days ago because i thought this was about us sending the passport to the visa office. it looks like they want a scanned copy of my husbands passport to be uploaded on mycic. but why would they want that if abu dhabi visa office already has my husbands passport. i don't have a scanned copy of it now as i don't have his passport. it says the documents need to be uploaded by dec 2nd..not sure how long it would take to get the passport back...any ideas?

Sometimes the VOs lose some documents or for some reason want to see another copy. If you can't get the passport in time, then send them a message asking them for an extension.
