i dont know about other visa offices but london visa office is on fast track these days.one of my friend april applecent his file is open know so hope in the end of october good news for us.

I am also behind, although not as behind as you. I know that I they have sent your file for escalation, they have 90 days to respond so I would assume July 10th plus 90 days, you should probably have a response pretty soon

October 10 would be the 90th day. So hopefully they would have an answer for me. I really hope this is a postive sponsoprship approval as they really took their time with our documents.

App received in Visa office in July 20 2015 - Status changed to In process
Medical was upfront
Passport request on Aug 6, 2015 and they received on Aug 10
So far no decision made in our case and the passport has been with them for almost 2 months.

Should I start inquiring about the status of the application? Please advise.

Wow, you are on a pretty fast track.

Mine is also received on the same day, May 19. But they are processed in Ottawa so that nothing after SA1 happened yet. The ECAS system still reads "Application Received" in my (applicant) application status. Got no AOR2, IP2 until now...

I'm feeling very disheartened... There's a handful of us that have not gone into process (VO Ottawa) along with many back in August, and it looks as those people are starting to get DM.

I am SO with you. I logged in today to see someone who'd been waiting less than 100 days with the same Ottawa VO got DM today, and I just felt suckered punched. My 5 month mark was yesterday, and I know others who've been waiting since the start of 2015.

It's really hard trying to feign happiness for those who've been waiting less time even though t's nothing I'm proud to admit.

I've resorted to logging in to the forums once a week on Tuesdays to keep the disappointment and envy at bay; it's too painful to see others who've waited for so little win the big prize. I feel rather slighted by the CIC every time.

Going to be sad and make dinner now. :'(

OK guys, Last monday I received an email saying that they will waive my native country Criminal records request... ( it was a pain to get it). so I was thinking they will take time..... today I login into the CIC and have the Desicion Made, but there is no email or any other information about what desicion was made.. any inside. what to expect? please!!!!

Hey NYC2CANADA, that sounds like very good news. If it is anything like the Decision Made status in the sponsorship stage for most of us you should expect an email with the decision within a few days. Very unlikely the decision is no unless you have received a lot of vibes already in a negative way.
