I made some research about the local offices.

I run on my comp the data of the applicants VS test invite in %
so here are the numbers:

Toronto ONLY 18% (8 out of 44)of the applicants (Toronto Scarborough-and Mississauga) GTA is the slowest ! Turbo is right 8)

Ottawa 50%

Vancouver 62% of the applicants

Calgary 84%

Montreal are very fast 91%


and the winner is Edmonton with 100%

How come Winnipeg VO was not included in the analysis? I bet they will knock out Toronto as the slowest..lol

Yaay viva Edmonton.
Unfortunately Edmonton is very slow from test to oath. Some of my friends March/ April applicants had their tests 2 months ago with no oath invitations at all.
Montreal is doing great job from application to oath just 6 months.

That's true. When I realized that my entire process will take from May 27th to November 25th I was amazed. It is really a great workflow for those guys. It's very impressive.

Just noticed in the March thread that an applicant from Calgary (received by CIC on March 6), had test on September 30th and has oath on December 07...So they've moved from January, February, March in two weeks!
