1460 is the maximum days, how come yours is 1700? Were at 3yrs out of 4yrs rule.

Then I might do it wrong. My application will be returned. I had over 1400 days in last 4 years. Plus I had half of days that before 4 year period. That's why.

Your application will not be returned because of having too many days, there is no "maximum" limit for the days to be physically present in Canada...

I just looked through the CIT0407 form.
I should not fill up section 2. It was my fault that I did not pay attention to it. I became to PR since 2007. I counted half of days from 2007 to 2011. Which I should not do. so they may return my application. :'(

I downloaded the package from CIC website. The date shows 07-2014. I don't know it is old or new.

It is the old form, unfortunately I have not seen the old form, but I'm very sure in the old form you could count 1/2 day for the days you have spent in Canada before becoming a permanent resident (maximum one year).

Thanks Tomtony being so supportive. I hope it works out. Another thing that I also gave them a wrong email address. I think that I was probably on glue that day. So many mistakes :-X

You will be ok, the email is not something important, in the email section it say "if applicable". They will not return your application because of the wrong email address, but you may not receive your AOR. You can know the status of your application by checking the On-line (Ecas) service. But it's better to correct the mistake by sending them a letter.
