Then I might do it wrong. My application will be returnedoren said:1460 is the maximum days, how come yours is 1700? Were at 3yrs out of 4yrs rule.
yivet said:Then I might do it wrong. My application will be returned. I had over 1400 days in last 4 years. Plus I had half of days that before 4 year period. That's why.
I just looked through the CIT0407 form.TomTony said:Your application will not be returned because of having too many days, there is no "maximum" limit for the days to be physically present in Canada...

I should not fill up section 2. It was my fault that I did not pay attention to it.I became to PR since 2007. I counted half of days from 2007 to 2011. Which I should not do. so they may return my application. :'(
I downloaded the package from CIC website. The date shows 07-2014. I don't know it is old or new.TomTony said:Did you look to the old CIT0407 or the new CIT0407?

Thanks Tomtony being so supportive. I hope it works out. Another thing that I also gave them a wrong email address. I think that I was probably on glue that day. So many mistakes :-XTomTony said:It is the old form, unfortunately I have not seen the old form, but I'm very sure in the old form you could count 1/2 day for the days you have spent in Canada before becoming a permanent resident (maximum one year).
