Hi Guys,

I have very stupid question. In Section 6F, I needed to fill only the first row so should i put N/A in the remaining rows of that table or leave it empty.
Am planning to send my application next Sunday.

Thanks.

Hi Folks,

I sent out my application for myself and my son on May 1. I have updated the spreadsheet. Best wishes to all who plan on applying this month!

My husband is ready to apply for citizenship but we have a question about the proof of English language...

he is Australian (an English speaking country) and we have high resolution scans of his high school diploma and transcripts, will this be sufficient? the originals are in Australia with his parents.

thanks!

Print the scanned files and attach those with the application, meanwhile get the originals couriered from Australia or if you are going there in near future bring them in. CIC will ask to bring the originals before oath ceremony to verify. BEST OF LUCK !

Why do you need to sendThe originals I thought photocopies are just fine

thanks you!! we will send the scans and get the originals for later

Guys,

I have been reading that CIC does not want applicants to staple the documents but to use paper clips instead. What the citizenship application forms and the online residence calculator itself? There are so many pieces of paper...wouldn't it be safer to staple it together so that the documents are in proper grouping? I am applying for myself and family so there are a few sets of documents. I just worry that it might get mixed up later......any thoughts/ suggestions?
