congrats queimmi , all the best.

We're done and dusted as well! 8 months in total when all is said and done Vienna really seems to be picking up the pace. Now to find my husband a job finally gets his PR and the job market is tanking in Alberta so it's always something!!

nice Nltocan.. yeah saw as well that Vienna VO woke up.. good for you both, congrats!

Hey everyone... need some advice.

Applied CPC-Mississauga April 2014.
Received Sponsor Approval May 2014 (letter stated PR application for my spouse would be sent to Mexico).

ECAS:
- We received xxxxxxx's application for permanent residence on April 4, 2014.
- We started processing xxxxxxxx's application on June 20, 2014.

And that's it! Nothing else for 7 months. Stuck 'In Process'.

Medical, Police Reports, and paid Right Of PR all included.

Spouse has gone through and triple checked email correspondence and nada.

I've noted in the Mexico thread that others on the same timeline already have their spouse in country >_<

I've sent an email to Mexico -no reply- and have called directly but cannot speak with Visa staff or leave a message or even contact an MP for another 10 months?!?

How should I proceed? GCMS notes?

JustOso, i checked and Mexico VO is at 17 months, so you can count those 17 months starting from may when you received SA . 17 months are up just in September 2015. you can request the GCMS notes, but i wouldn't expect much to be done. you just have to wait. usually VO doesn't reply to e-mails, only if you're out of the posted timeline (which you're not)

we received SA in July and "15 months" are up in October 2015, so other than requesting those notes, we can't do much either... (i hope they'll move faster than that though :() as for those in the Mexico thread, well, they were lucky that they're already done! :) just be patient and you'll be done soon too! good luck!

GAH! Ok... I've ordered GCMS.

However, I understood that the 2 month wait for SA (from CIC-Mississauga) was NOT included in the posted 17 month timeline at VO Mexico???

exactly, it's not included , so the whole process is even more. max 19 months. kill me now -_- i hope the notes will shed some light on your case.
what it told me is that the application is in the registry catching dust since July. lol. nothing was started.

Hi guys,

Finally we got the decision made on january 23rd 2015. And passport with the visa arrived on January 26th, 1 week after sending it to the embassy.

So this is it, now we are just waiting to go to the border to do the flagpoling.

I'll let you know how it goes,

Hey guys!!

My wife "landed" this past Saturday February 8th! We are very happy.

We already requested the Social insurance number (SIN), medical card and french classes.

thank you and take it easy!

Can somebody please provide a link to the May 2014 Outland Spreadsheet. I need to update.

Status changed to "In process" on Feb.4, 2015.

Her medical expires on Mar.5, 2015 and the letter from CEM dated Feb.4, 2015 said her "visa is ready conditional on final admissibility review by an immigration officer". They then asked to send passport, Appendix A and photos, and if she could land in Canada by Mar.5....of course she said yes..

She couriered the required docs on Feb.6, 2015. LBC tracking confirmed delivery at CEM on Feb.9.
Just waiting for the return courier package with visa. Hope it comes soon.

What's next? Seminar in Manila?
Anything else?

Very excited!!

Thanks
