When I got my SA, they said in the email I had missed my upfront medical, and were forwarding my application to Ottawa for the next step of processing. I was to inform Ottawa of the medical once it was complete. We had then done it, and sent it within the week. Do you think this will cause delays and start the clock over like some of you have to do?![]()
there's no "starting the clock over" at this point. once your file is sent, it is sent. how quickly it's processed depends on the visa office, which is very quick for ottawa right now. your application "received" date will not change because of requests from the visa office. whether the visa office delays the processing depends on how quickly they open your file and accept the missing info.
