may 2014 intake, General category, reapplying 2nd time

hi,

I was rejected in Jan 2013 intake under spp and was unable to apply under general category because loan issue.
shall I apply for may'14 intake under general?

my profile:
Honors diploma in software technology 2013 (B grade)
MBA(marketing) 2011 (65%)
Bca 2009 (68%)
12th 2006(46%)
10th 2004 (67%)

As per the VFS website, once you've been rejected for a student visa (either SPP or general), you cannot apply under SPP again. This means, you can now apply only under the General category. Hope this helps.

Check my post clearly, i already added that i am applying under general.

the reasons were:

1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay,in reaching this decision i iconsider several factors
----including purpose of visit
2: your proposed studies are not reasonable in the light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment , language abilities or your future plans.

My Ielts bands were: 6.5 (6-6-6-7)

And, if are you seeking an opinion from folks here if you should apply for May 2014 or not, then your question should be: "Shall I apply for May 2014?"

I recommend you to apply again in general category and add strong SOP that can explain all rejection issues.
