Hi , i recieved my GCMS notes it is mentioned "Letter does not provide information regarding applicatant's duties and functions in the company. ADDITIONAL NOTES" PA C12 WP's were of the same NOC . PA's salary appears to be in line with what is listed for NOC on job bank website.""

Now the question is
a) I got the employment letter from my company ( with predefined template) which I have submitted with my application.Now the company will not change this template.
b) what would be the cause as I have not recieved my medical yet . I am MAY -5-2014 applicant

DO I need to wait for CIC to come back.

Please advice

you should get a letter from your company describing your roles and duties and make sure that roles should not match exactly as hsrdc website. if you have roles defined in your work permit petition those roles are perfect (if your designation does not change).
if your company does not change the format, try to convince your HR or ask your supervisor to send an email to HR and do what ever you can do.
if your hr rejects your email request, Keep that email response. finally, ask your supervisor to provide that letter on company letter head. Attache his business card scan it and send it. This worked for so many people in the blog I hope it works for you as well.

What do you mean by "(if your designation does not change)." My new work permit apply in the same NOC code.( Software developer)

Thanks for the information and Congrats for MR and RPRF.
Can you please let us know, what was the reason for delay for MR and did you submit any doc's or letters to CIC.
I am too waiting for MR, my timeline is similar to yours and my file is in second review since Jan 2015.
hope your information may help me and others in this forum.

I requested GCMS notes in the month of April 2015. As per GCMS notes, my application did not went through 2nd review and even there was nothing bad mentioned into the GCMS notes which can impact the processing time. I am not sure that why they took so long to send medical request in my case.

hi dear,
i have done my med's in december 2014 and still waiting for PPR... no clue like what is the time frame and whats going on... my gcms says nothing about the delay or something like that...

call center agent suggested to wait for 15 months... since the date your application received...

right now just waiting for the time to come...

Hi guys!

I need some advice please.

I received my gcms notes and as per to the notes by first officer my job duties are generic and does not necessarily confirm my experience in my NOC. Review required by second officer.
What action I can take here my end before second officer looks at my file ?

Hey sorry I know you posted that a while ago but... my GCMS notes say the same thing. Did you end up sending something to CIC? I am not sure what I could send them because my duties have not changed, but I was thinking of wording them differently so that it fits the NOC code maybe...

Also, maybe the question has been asked a million times but - is it possible to email additional documents to CIC, rather than mail it? What would be the email address to use? (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca ?)

Hi guys, this is my second post in this forum but you can add me to the list of April applicants who are still waiting for ppr. The wait is killing me, I have no idea what is going on. I called CIC and was told nothing helpful. The lady said I just had to wait and nothing was need from me at the moment. . "hurry up already CIC!!!"

Yeah for sure bud, i will let you know as soon as i have an update, btw if you have not been requested medicals, that indicates some issue, try to talk to them and find out.
