Hey how do you guys check if the bank draft has been cashed? I have money order and the bank told me there's no way they can check if cic has cashed it.

Normally the issuer/institution where you purchased your money order from is able to tell you whether it was encashed or not..

You cannot apply for your BOWP from outside Canada. Please read OB 485 - A for more information on BOWP
