you should have not included your original passport in your application sis, dba andun sa checklist na "photocopy" ang dapat nyo i-submit at hindi ang original... :o

I am new here. I just want to ask on how I can sponsor my partner for 10 years and his son using conjugal sponsorship. He is married and he filed an annulment last year but nothing is happening. He filed it in Cavite and there is a freeze in annulment cases there as they combined all annulment cases in 1 court with no permanent judge. So we were told by our lawyer that it might take long as there are 5,000 cases all in all. I am PR here in Canada for 3 years and I went home every year just to be with them. My family even went home last year hoping i will be marrying. To make the long story short, I just want to know if you think we have a chance? and what are the proofs that I can gather for the application? your reply will be greatly appreciated.

hi sis! base on what i have read here in the forum, i think your partner should have his annulment first because CIC will ask for CENOMAR or Certificate of No Marriage sa NSO.. better ask help sa ibang lawyer yung mas makakatulong sa case ng partner mo, hanap nalang muna kayo ng taong mkakatulong sa inyo sis pra makakuha ng annulment c partner mo...

Hello everyone! Any news? Hirap mg antay no? ::) ::) ::) ::) godbless everyone!!

Hi there, if you have been together for 10 years and he has been separated from the ex wife for a long time, you can sponsor him thru conjugal. Please visit the Manila English Thread. Steph went thru Conjugal and you have pretty similar case. Maybe she can help you with that.
