The important thing is to show that your relationship is on going and known to friends and family. Facebook is not compulsory,if you have other proofs you can choose to not include it, it's up to you.
Police certificate should reach cic less than 3 months after being issued, no matter what it says for the validity on it. So if your police certificate was issued in january you need a new one.
Sweden

Thanks again Sweden for all your help...

God bless...

Visa Office: Ottawa or Beirut not sure

App Sent: 1st May 2013

Meds Done: april 12 2013

AOR: May 9th 2013

the reason i say not sure is becuase i recieved the following but its suppose to go to beirut

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX.
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail, fax, or in writing as follows:

CPP Ottawa Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa NHQ - Centralized Processing Region
219 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1, Canada
E-mail: OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca Fax number: (613) 946-6059

This visa office was selected based on your relative's home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

i hope someone can tell me what it means
it happens... for some of the VO that are quite overwhelemd (Pakistan, Beirut for example), Ottawa will take some of the cases. On what bases, that is still unclear to me. BUt indeed - your case is in Ottawa and will be dealt with from there.
GOod luck

Indeed - the previous poster is correct. Wait until you have the sponsor approval and you know where your file is going to. Then order a new PCC and send it to the VO so they will have a complete file when they open it. Just make sure you include the references (UCI and file number) so they can match it up. Do it before they ask - it will save you time.
Good luck,
Sweden

For those whose visa office is/will be CPP-Ottawa, you are welcome to join the CPP-Ottawa spreadsheet (the link is in my signature) by sending me (IvanP) or amikety a personal message with your application dates. Or feel free to just refer to the spreadsheet to get an idea how long it might take for your application to be processed by CPP-Ottawa.

Also, I noticed this message, but I'm relatively new here and don't know how to send a personal message to be included on the CPP-Ottawa spreadsheet. Can someone provide some guidance? Thanks!

Thanks IvanP! My info is listed in the post above the one in which I asked the question. I appreciate your help!
