I have one record missing (out of eight) for the past 11 years.

I called the CBSA Ottawa office right after I received the report. The person looked for the missing records while on the phone but could not give me a clue. Based on the circumstances, I wonder how CIC can rely on such faulty and incomplete report to determine residency of an individual?

My guess is that as long as you have reported all the trips that they have on file, you are good. Anything that you report on top of what they have just shows your honesty.

This kind of record keeping by CBSA is very disappointing as institutions like CIC are using and depending on such record keeping for crucial decision making processes. Very disappointing.

I found this interesting Citizenship Timeline Spreadsheet in a different forum. This spreadsheet includes data from 2009 till present with some analysis.

Perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to create a Google Docs spreadsheet and share it with all 2013 applicants. Otherwise, it is far too much work for chandu007

I only can see "In Process" line now.

Last month, when someone reported this change on ecas in a different thread, I thought this change relate to file transfer to a local office. But later the applicant called the call center and found no update or transfer to the file. BTW, I just checked mine and can see both lines - "Received" and "in Process". Let us know if you find out something.

I havent got AOR. when i called CIC the agent told me they dispatched AOR on Sep 6. so i am hoping to get it by end of this month.

Have you got the acknowledgement letter?

May be that makes no sense in terms of any indication of file being transferred to local office. since they started processing my application on sep 6.
