Got my letter and booklet in the mail today. In addition to the AOR, I also have a small notice that says that I will be tested on my language abilities when I meet with departmental staff and/or oral test with a citizenship judge.

.No, e-cas doesn't show the transfer date nor the applicants get notified. Usually applications get transferred to a local office in about 3-4 months from the start date of processing. Once it gets transferred, if you call the CIC call center, the agent will be able to tell you the exact date of transfer and your local office.
