NOC: 2132
Inside Canada/ Credit Card.
Received nomination: 15-June-2013 (Ontario)
CIO received application: 18-July-2013
AOR received: 12-Sep-2013

I am not sure. According to my email i received the MR letter at 4:28 pm Sep 16, 2013. But my email system always messes up the time.

The best way to find out is to call doctors office and ask them. I was not able to find in any other way. It wasn't specifically mentioned on the website.
