I have a quick question: In form number IMM5406, for my wife. In section A. Should I write my wife's name is applicant and my name in spouse?? This form has to be filled by both, myself and my wife..

Yes, our application is MPNP Family Stream, how bout you? When did u received your LOA? I received our LOA thru mail last Jan.29, but the nomination was dated last Jan.04, my worry is my LOA will expire this JUly 4, and until now no AOR from CIC. Hope they wont return our application, because if they return it, that was 2nd time that they return our application, and i dont if we can request an extension of nomination if they will return our application.

Submitted mine last june 27 via dhl so most likely we will almost have same timeline. Keep me updated! Would like to make a spread sheet but dunno how do it hehehehe...you are under what stream?

Congrats! my application is also received on May 6, 2013(same as you) but haven't heard anything from my agent. I sent an email to him hopefully he received it :'(

I've sent my application today to the CIO through DHL. Do you think it will delay our processing, because we made the payment of PF online using my husband credit card, i fill out out the official receipt and I put my name at "the payer information" and enclose it at the envelope, but then again I also fill out the Fee payment form checking the credit card at the number 4 question and answering sections A and B. I think i just doubled our payment? Im from the Philippines by the way.
