hurrayyy! I received PPR request last night at 10 PM and ECAS status changed to 'Decision Made'..Thank you experts for always clarifying in times of need, I just have one last question.

I'm moving to new address on Mar 29th, should I wait till next week to send the passports or can I already send it with new address on return envelope ?

I sent my Passport on March 18th, they sent it back yesterday and it's out for delivery right now

I assume it would have reached by 19th and they should have sent it yesterday. But msaeti can confirm.

If thats the case it looks like an average of 6-7 days from the time CIC receives it.

ECAS changed to Decision made on Mar 15. I have received COPR on Mar 25. (visa exempt).

If thats the case it looks like an average of 6-7 days from the time CIC receives it.

So they sent it on the 4th business day. So mine should be sent out on Monday using the same pattern (hopefully).

BTW, when did they receive it and when did they send it?

I sent it March 18th and they received it March 19th. The tracking number was activated yesterday showing that the item has been processed then this morning it changed to out for delivery.
I think that things are going smoother at this point so good luck guys

Can any of the May 2013 applicants not even received the Medical request so far?

I have applied in May 2013 and got the AOR by July 1st week itself. Till now, I didn't receive any update so far, no medical request came. My application status is" Application Received"

Can you please guide me how to take it for further steps?

Did you email CIC in Ottawa?

Yes, i sent a note to CPC Ottawa. No response from them also.
