Did you got confirmation about submitting passports in INDIA?

Got a mail this morning. They are asking me to provide the updated address and a request to change the VISA office. Anybody knows how long this may take ?

They could reply in 2 days or 5 days or longer. No definite answer to this question. But I would recommend that you email them if you haven't heard anything in a week.

I am going to be in same situation soon, however, i had selected New Delhi as Visa Processing Office when i sent my original application, Not sure if that will help.

Do I really need to change the VISA office for stamping ? Also, does anybody knows if this can delay the stamping for more than 2-3 weeks ?

I heard DHL couriers passport from India to Ottawa if you provide the letter of request is that true?? The time taken for the passport to get stamped thru DHL is around 3-4 weeks and time taken to change the visa office to delhi and getting stamped is around 6-8 weeks,..

Sorry, what I meant was that how long will this VISA office change process will take ? I am just worried that it should not delay the processing unnecessarily.

My Emedicals were done 5-Feb , but the urine showed some blood and white blood cells, so i took antibiotics for two days and will be repeating it on Saturday.... more delay... :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

ecas changed to "Decision made" today, although I already got passport request on Monday, and sent the passports to Ottawa the same day. Waiting for passport return now.
