I need to send a police certificate, where do I send it? (i put my visa office as Sydney, Australia)

I also need to send my NOA, do I just email as above even though my visa office is Australia?

Thanks :)

Oh nice you've got a PCC.
It seems like you received AOR 1 week ahead for me.
I hope mine comes soon.

PCCs have to be submitted as the original. If you're already sending stuff to CIC mail a copy of your NOA
along with original PCC.

Send original Police Certificates to:

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

And email a scan of NOA to: ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

Also make sure to mention your file number, DOB and name in letter and email so the VO
can find your application.

Thanks :)

Any one from May 2013 applicants received Medical Request?

Why is no one using this spreadsheet? Is there another one?

Also, I resubmitted my complete application in May 2013. I am wondering if this would be the right thread for me. Anyone? My original application was in March 2013.

Thank you!

PS: I get the error "not allows to post links." Could someone help me access the May 2013 spreadsheet please?

Hi nd-india,
Could you please tell the reason why you had to resubmit your application, could be useful for the members ?

Of course! For my birth certificate I had only attached the translated document and an affidavit, as the original was in Hindi. It was returned asking for a copy of the original as well. When I resubmitted I ended up providing three documents altogether for my birth cert:

1. Copy of the original
2. Translation from a certified translator who meets all the requirement (Amit Chandan, amitchandan@yahoo.com, 905.581.9119 for Hindi and Punjabi to English)
3. Affidavit from a local lawyer saying she is witness that the translation is in fact of the original document. But as she had no idea how to read the original (which was in Hindi) and compare it to the certified copy (in English), she yielded to all my begging and pledging that is in fact true.

Finally on June 20 I got an email acknowledging the receipt of my application (that was everyone is referring to AOR?).

Thanks nd-india for the detailed explanation, much appreciated.

Are there people here who paid thru international Bank draft and received AOR within two months?

Is there anyone from May applicants who applied for BOWP after 20-Aug and got it? Current processing time increased from 28 days to 36 days and after giving a call to CIC they are reading the same status published on their web site

The strike is over. So the process may speeds up! You can check the details and the link in Jan 2013 thread.
