Pre-Departure Orientation (PDOS) lang ang required na attendan mo sis kung Permanent Resident ang hubby mo but if Citizen ang hubby mo, required din ung Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) pero pareho yan na kina-conduct ng Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) either Manila or Cebu po. :

This Sunday na sis, Feb. 17. Saan pla destination mo sis?

As far as CFO-Manila is concern, manageable naman ung dami ng tao, sis.
Although may nag-suggest na dapat maaga kasi limited to 60 ung slots, may nabasa na no need to be early kasi nag-antay lng xa ng matagal doon...so, I got there at around 08:00 to 08:30am and tama nga, hindi naman ganun kadami.

Bale, pgdating dun...
1. Leave your ID sa reception.
2. Get inside and ibibigay mo ung passport mo together with other documents.
3. Pay and get your receipt.

09:30am kami pinaakyat sa seminar room...they started the program with a film viewing and after 30 to 45 mins, nagstart na ung proper seminar...at around 11:30, tapos na po.

The lecturer let us wait for a while and when he came back, dala na nya ung mga passports namin with CFO stickers, tinatawag lng isa-isa ung name and present mo ung receipt mo.

I-ready mo na lng ung mga requirements sis...kung ano ung asa website nila, un lng dn ang hiningi.

sis apple ilang days ka na lang dito buti pa kayo ni sheliez may plan magkita dun, FB FB na rin lang tayo, yey ingat kayo sis

Hello, Mskade. Thanks. Tagal pa sched ko for CFO coz I still have work until the 25th. Kayo po, when plan nyo for PDOS? Manila po kayo mag PDOS? I'm planning to get my PDOS first week of March coz my husband is going here in Phils to accompany me back to Canada. =)

sis same tayo, hubby's coming home to accompany back to Ca, he'll be home this Valentine's Day then we'll leave on the 2nd of March, so most probably I'll take the PDOS earliest next week. Good luck to us sis and enjoy the rest of your stay here
