In my own opinion po, better send them the 2012 and also send 2013.. But if you really can't wait, you can send now with your application your 2011 income tax... As long as po na when you came ay PR ka na.. Then, tumawag ka sa CIC na, on-follow na Lang 2012 income tax mo...regarding on the maintaining relationship, they may pertain on the time na mag nobyo-nobya kayo until sa kinasal kayo.. That is why they are asking you to send emails, pictures together, and phone calls that shows you call him on the telephone bill.

Sorry I disagree. Send it now ASAP with your 2011 tax info (isn't it the "Option C Printout" that they're asking for?). You can't finalize your 2012 tax return until March at a MINIMUM . . . that's TOO LONG a delay. If they really want it, they can request and you can provide that info later. Once your past Stage 1 approval, it becomes ALL about the applicant and genuineness of your relationship at that point.

Today is the 248th day of our application since it was received in CIC-M nung May 16, 2012 pero until now asa PPR stage pa lang, samantalang sa list ng mga nakakuha na ng visa from January 2012 to the most recent date is pinaka matagal na ang 250 days...

I pray na sana for the next few weeks to come, mas mabilis na po ang pag process ng CEM, kasi ang dami pa tlgang 2012 na hindi pa tapos and I know marami pa din ang pending from 2011 while nag-start nanaman magpasa ang mga newer applicants for 2013. ???

Hmmm...hopefully, mas madaming good news next week kasi parang idle mode nung last week...

At least you already have your PPR, I submitted the docs for my wife May 9 they received it CIC-M and we dont even have any PPR at this time...

Spouse mo lang ba ung kukunin mo? Kasi kung ang concern mo about sa meeting financial capacity to sponsor. Kung husband mo lang kukunin mo di na kailngan ma meet ung minimum financial bracket. Kasi in my case as a sponsor ganun low income ako and tumatanggap ng maternity EI pero na approve parin sponsorship ko. Pero kung my kasama dependent yung spouse na applicant you need to meet financial bracket according to the chart they have provide I believe sa website. So you need to think which path ung take mo based sa situation mo.

Pero kung spouse lang kukunin mas smarter way na kunin mo na 'Option-C ng 2011" from CRA kesa delay mo pa mas matagal nanaman ung waiting time.

In regards naman sa maintaining Relationship na question mo in my case sinagutan namin based ng before and after marriage kasi dun makikita kung gaano katagal and katatag ung relationship niyo in my opinion..

sana noh may bulletin ang CEM like US embassy kung ano na pinaprocess para di tayo guessing game.

and parang may sarili sila SS ng flow, and list of factors para madelay o mapaaga ang visa approval.. kahit monthly chart lang ng total number of applicants versus kung ilang percentage na naipaprocess nila..

on a brighter note masarap ang weather! di makakadagdag sa init ng ulo sa pag aantay Good luck to us all!

Happy first wedding anniversary sa amin ng husband ko hihihi! Wala lang may ma ishare lang na iba pero siguro malapit na malapit na to para sa ating lahat na nag aantay.


kung anong bilis at dali nung umalis ako papuntang Canada, sya namang tagal at hirap nito ngaun hahaha! Oh wells it wasn't the way we expected to spend our first year of married life, it will be well worth it in the long run as we spend the rest of our lives together. Hi sis, Thank you! lapas na usa ka bulan akong PP sa Embassy hangtod karun wala pajud mahibalik, 40 days na karun sis hays mag 8 months na akong application karun Jan 18 since sa pag filled namu.. Taga iligan d,i ka? maayo nuon kay pareha ta bisaya hehe! kayamokat akong tagalog usahay ba maglagot ko.. maabot rana imung PPR soon, hulat2x lang!

.agree ako sau mskade,yan nga din sana suggestion Ko sa CEM para my na checheck sana tau Kung cnung batch na ang for PPR and for visa issuance na. Hindi ung gaya ng ganito nakakafrustrate.... Sana bukas babagyo na talaga ng ppr at visa.....! Thanks Papa Jesus..
