ah ic po thank you. pero nagpasa po ba kayo ng pict na may signature name and b-day sa other side ng picture. referring po sa mga picts na parang passport po ang size.

di ko po linagyan ng signature or birthdate ung passport size photo ko . kasi sabi sa photo specifications do not write anything at the back of your photo ;)

Hi everybody, I am in Canada and sponsoring my wife in the Philippines. We have been reading the forums since the time that we were fixing the papers. Firstly I would like to congratulate all the people that have received their PPRs or their Visas already. I admit that I envy those that have and wish I had the same news as everyone else. Hopefully some of you can help or shed some light on what I can do. Papers were received here in Mississauga May 9, 2012 and i got an email around august saying that I was missing her medical information, I was sure that it was there so I sent them an email and mailed them a copy of the medical. On August 27 I got an email saying that i have been aprroved as a sponsor and they sent it to Manila, ECAS says application received and Medical results received as well...and that is how it has been since then. Waiting has been tough, and patience is starting to thin out...any advice or suggestions people may have is very appreciated.
PS sorry for the long message, I just needed people to know the history.
Thanks again

@Richcda29- actually processing time for Manila has been changed. From 9 months to 11 months.
I am a June sponsor, and was got approved last August 21st.. but havent heard from them as well till now..
This is so frustrating, as some of my batchmates and some that were approved after me has received their PPR already.. :(

Christmas and New Years have passed, and soon it will be our wedding anniversary. :( So sad that it is taking longer as expected.. :(

Crossed fingers, will hear good news next week... :) Goodluck to us..

PPR ako kahapon lang. may applicant din ako
by average ilang buwan bago makuha ang visa?
ina-aaply ko din daughter ko for proof of citizenship prang matatagalan pa siya
may nabasa ba kayo sa ibang forum anong option kung makuha ko visa tapos alang citizenship ng daughter ko thanks

I know Bro.. nothing else to do.. but wait..

@blessedelaine - yes i know how it feels to have some people in the same batch already with their PPRs/Visa or even batches after. The thing about it too is that my wife's medical will be one year in march. I married my wife in November of 2011 and i have not seen her since then
@pinayako - congrats on your PPR, what was your timeframe? when was the sponsorship approval?

Hello,

I'm also a sponsoring my husband to go here in Canada. Yes it is really tough to wait but in my case I do have a ppr since Dec 1, 2012 and until now no changes in my ecas. It always been 'Application Recieved' be patient. I will include you to my prayers your wife's ppr and visa will come sooner than you think.. :)

Good morning everyone! Hoping and praying that those who are still waiting for PPR's and visas will get it soon! God bless everyone!
