Uhm...so d pa pala nya physically nakikita si baby?
Sana nga abot kami this year din.

Kung foreigner daw po ang asawa ng Pinoy o Pinay jan sa Canada, may seminar na required na pwedeng attendan kahit wala pang visa.
But if not, ung seminar na aatendan is ung PDOS* lng, which is dapat dala mo na po yung passport with visa na. :)

*Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar

OO nga ndi pa nkkita ni hubby yung baby nmin skype lng kmi lagi...
I see.. Canadian Citizen ako... Thanks for the info. Sbhin ko na lng sa hubby ko na wait na lng nya na makareceive ng visa bgo magseminar para isang lakad na lng.. ;)

We submitted our application on 15th of May and on August 20 my wife received email, asking my passport, pictures, medical report and etc. I forwarded everything they asked me to my wife and my wife sent it to them and this was their reply:

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail, fax, or in writing as follows.

what should i do? or does anyone same as my situation?

i think your sponsor(wife) is approved and your application will be processed here in embassy manila. did you send your original passport to your wife when cic asked for it or just a copy and why did they ask for it again did you not include it before on your application?

Yes i did send my passport, because when they ask my wife they did not indicate that it should only be a photocopy of the biopage of the passport. did the visa office in manila contacted you already? and if they contacted you already, what medium?internet, letter or phone call? thank you very much

i do know after the approval of sponsor (step 1 ) they will transfer your application to embassy manila to process step 2 and after more than a month embassy manila will request the original passport i think you tell your wife to call CIC if your passport was sent to embassy manila directly

according to other applicants they recieved it by snail mail

i also wonder why they ask me to pass the medical report form copy 2 together with the passport. i think right process is that medical should come later and the manila embassy is responsible for the requests. am i right? in your case can you pls give me the sequence and its corresponding dates in your application if it's okay for you :)

Regarding the address sa eCAS po. It's on the top of the page, just above the status of application po.
