dont stress yourself too much hehe kayanin natin yan medyo malayo layo pa tatakbuhin neto kmi nga ni wife ko may problema pa sa application pero nkagawa na kami ng back up na application forms namin expect na nmin babalik samin yng pinasa namin :)

Ang tagal ng update sa CIC. Sana less than 90 days na uli! kahit 7 days ok na yun. hehe
 
Hello guys.. :)

I am a sponsor, been here in Winnipeg for more than 2 years now. Got married last January 2012. It took us a while to start processing our application and we are aiming to submit it latest is end May or 1st week of June.

Problems arised.. :( My husband worked in Singapore for almost 3 years.. but he is in Manila now since 2010. We requested for Singapore Police Clearance,our fault- we believed in hearsay that we can request and not need to wait for any letter from Canada Immigration.. Months later, we get denied, and was told to just submit everything first and if CIC will request then we have to send that to Singapore..

Anyways... moving on. He had his PRE-medical done (not yet in the afflicated clinic) but he had UTI which we end up treating before he proceed to Nationwide Clinic in Makati.

And now.. i am finalizing all our requirements. Just paid $1040 online, and we will seek help from Immigration Centre here in Winnipeg to check all my papers and requirements making sure nothing is missing and everything is in proper order.

We are hoping that my husband could be here in November 2012.. :)

Hi.. :) .pa join din sa thread nyo...my case is sponsoring my dependent children(2)...sana may maka pag advice sa akin... :(need ko talaga advice papano gagawin ko...
this is my situation...kami ng husband ko andito na sa canada, Vancouver.....we just landed...i was ahead a month ago( i'm the principal applicant FSW) and then my husband is here 4 days ago...this is what happened, kaming dalawa lang ang may visa ng husband ko,but then my 2 kids are declared and examined....di ko sila sinama 'coz i was worried na pag nag schooling ako for 2years to upgrade my studies, to have a better job, there will be no one to take care of my kids.... my husband will be working , and i will be busy wt my studies, i was informed b4 that i will be studying for 2 yrs...and now, it turned out that there is a new law, for internationally trained or foreign graduate to have a much easier access to upgrade our credentials,...so, after assessment, i would be on a review /short studies of 5 months to six months only....and now i have decided to get my kids.....ASAP....CAN I GET MY KIDS even without the option c print out,,,this is the income assessment, we just landed, and we don't have yet income..i 'm thinking baka pwde ko pa silang mahabol habang valid pa ang medical exam nila...... i have a hard time filling out the forms....i'm confused with the forms...if i would fill out the IMM 1344 for each of my son or i will filling out a single form...and for the sponsored person, who will sign the form, coz my kid is only 14 yrs old? and 11 yrs old? there are a lot of confusing questions sa forms....pls help me naman baka may kilala kayo na may alam tungkol dito sa forms....application package for sponsorship...pls help

Hi, i did not call CIC, but i will be at service canada this afternoon to ask regarding the application....confused kasi ako sa application to sponsor(Form), isa lang na name ang pwede i type, kaso 2 ang anak ko...nakalagay pa principal applicant, siguro nga need ko na legal consultant para dito :(
 
kung wala ka pa rin makuhang sagot dito eh punta ka sa Multicultural helping group ,sa Fraser ST.o twagan mo sila,tumutulong sila sa mga new immigrants..at free consultation sila tungkol sa immigrations..
