Yes, you are required to attend CFO or PEDOS para mabigyan ka ng sticker if you have your VISA already with you diretso ka nalang sa sa Quirino ng maaga first come first serve sila doon.

Hi batchmates! dito nako sa Canada last Feb. 21. 3 hrs din ako sa immigration kasi daming dumating. Ok naman lahat di nako hinanapan ng listahan ng gamit na dala ko. Question lang po sa mga nakatanggap na ng PR card...ilang buwan po ba bago matanggap sa mail? May office ba akong dapat puntahan para sa PR card o pinapadala na lang nila sa address natin?

Ito yung TIMELINE namin. Application Rec. July 23, 2012; Sponsors Approval, Oct.4, 2012. Medical done on June 6, 2012.

Up to now, wala pa po kaming natatangap na feedback from CEM.
1. May problema kaya papers namin?
2. What if nakatawag na ang CEM pero HINDI nasagot yung tawag?
3. E-mail ba lahat ng Passport Request?
4. Pede bang tumawag or mag-Email sa CEM?

Please, any reply from you, good people, is very much appreciated.

Hi akee! Did you receive my pm?

I am in Toronto na. Thank God, it wasnt that hard when i entered immigration. I just signed the COPR then the immigration officer just said "your pr card will be mailed to you in 4-6 weeks".

They didnt also check my list. I got out in about 25mins. So smooth and fast.

Well, to those who are still waiting... Just be patient. God is there, He hears us.

2. What if nakatawag na ang CEM pero HINDI nasagot yung tawag? - they will call you again, wait for their call
3. E-mail ba lahat ng Passport Request? - if your med is expiring very soon, CEM will contact you thru phone and they will also send you an email regarding the PPR and some forms (if they gonna require additional documents)
4. Pede bang tumawag or mag-Email sa CEM? - you can send an inquiry thru their inquiry portal which you will find on SA letter or your Sponsor can go to his MP to inquire. Your application is still covered by the processing time, you still have one and a half month to wait. The CEM will contact you soon. I got my PPR one month before the expiration of my med

MY HUSBAND ORDERED A PAYMENT FORM FOR US TO PAY THE FEE BEFORE SUBMITTING OUR APPLICATION TO CIC, IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW BUT MY HUSBAND STILL HASN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING ON HIS MAILBOX. ANY ONE HERE EXPERIENCED ORDERING THAT PAYMENT FORM AND HOW MANY WEEK IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU?

HE TRIED PAYING ONLINE BUT THE TRANSACTION IS ALWAYS FAILED AND NOT COMPLETED. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM, IF IT'S HIS LAPTOP OR THE BROWSER? HE EVEN ENABLED THE JAVA. HE ALSO MAKE SURE THAT HIS CREDIT CARD HAS NO PROBLEM, EVEN HIS BANK IN CANADA WHICH IS RBC ALSO DON'T KNOW WHY AND WHAT'S THE REASON WHY HE CAN'T CONTINUE PAYING...

I think I waited 3 to 4 weeks for it to come. They weren't the fastest. I asked for it to be sent when I was talking to an agent on the CIC information line. I think they gave the standard "it can take up to 30 days" line they use for a lot of stuff like GCMS, etc.

You can order the notes on your file from the GCMS system (Global Case Management System). There are rules that apply for that one though. It has to be done by a Canadian resident and they also are changing the way the ordering is being done (only by mail after May 13th apparently). That one also stated 30 days for receipt.

Maybe they changed the mailing time for the payment form. I ordered mine around this time last year and was told on the phone it could take up to 30 days. And it took almost all that time.
