Hello experts

Can you please share your experiences and expectations?

I applied in May 2012 under arranged employment (already working in Canada on WP). Received acknowledgement on 1st week of june that application accepted under Arranged Employment Category and File sent to Visa office.

hope that I get medicals in August ......

I'm on the same boat!

Here's my timeline so far:

Application received at CIC on May 09
1st AOR received from CIO in Sydney on May 24th
Reminder of Right of Permanent Residence Fee received on June 14th
2nd AOE received from VO in Paris on June 14th

I guess now all I have to do is wait for the medical request and hopefully I won't get prompted to do an interview (which apparently would add months to the processing time).

You will eventually get an acknowledgement, note the processing time in Paris is 26 months.

what is ur visa office

By Mistake I selected Buffalo as my Visa Office.

I hope that they send the documents to Ottawa as I am residing currently in Toronto. And I believe, the applications from within Canada go to Ottawa.
