HELP ME

Hi Sir,

I got interview email on 9th Oct, ask to confirm it by email on "london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" with subject "Interview Confirmation". I replied them in affirmative on 11th Oct and got a automatic reply from "re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca".

But on 22nd Oct, I received another email from in which they stated that:-
"They didn't receive any confirmation email from my side and if I didn't reply them in 2 days they will close my file"

So again I immediately replied them on same address as well as given address "london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" and got automatic reply same as previous.

My one day gone and today is my last day to confirm them but still I am confused that they are receive my reply or not.

Is a any proper format to confirm Interview, kindly send me your advice ASAP.

My Lawyer got email correspondence from CIC for the medicals and he just sent me the PDF's IMM1017E to go for medicals to me and my family.
I checked ECAS and it did not change any until now.
The form contains two pages, first page instructions and second page Medical report in that one box displayed IME number with barcode.
Please share your suggestions to me if any at this time

For me when I sent the medicals to them, then the second line was added after they received the medicals. "Medicals Received"

Did either of you submit LOM with your applications? I applied in March 2012 and my file was transferred in November 2012 to Ottawa, but to date I have not heard anything. My last GCMS notes in August 2013 has it as in progress, but nothing so far. Do you think my file is being delay because I submitted AOE only?

Yes i had LMO.
I am not sure about it's importance here

I am asking because all the 2012 FSW2 applicants that receive MR seem to be the ones with LMO's. I may be wrong, but this is what I have observed so far.

I have seen 6 cases in couple of threads here who got medicals in the Sep/Oct time frame and those folks had their file transferred in Nov 2012.

I may be wrong in the observation but when the case is transferred, the VO has service obligation to complete the case in 13 months for FSW2 cases. Delays can happen with the status change etc........but for normal case their service obligation is 13 months.
