Today I was lucky to speak to an agent. She told me that my file will be definitely sent to Ottawa Pilot, but they are currently overwhelmed with applications received prior to May 2012. Thus I have to give them some more time.
No changes in my E-Cas status

Hi Saini,

How much time it take to process the LMO for NOC 2171 from Toronto? If you guide me, I am very thankful to you..

Regards,
Vivek

Regular LMO process takes about 4 months in Ontario. If you company has a successful LMO approved before, you can apply for an Accelerated LMO, which takes about 10 days. Pls do not flood in this thread.

Toronto takes time as there are staff re-shuffling happening here. It took 4 months for me; but now I have heard that it is taking not more than 6-7 weeks.

I believe, our status will change in September. Even last year, they processed applications from Jan - April first and finished till august. Then came the turn of rest applications.
Based on last year trend, I expect that we will get something by mid september and we may expect both PPR and Medical at the same time.

Also, I want to know, did you speak to the CIC agent in Sydney, Nova Scotia?

Thank you.

Hey guys any good news regarding medicals.!!!

Hopefully this logic is correct. September is just around the corner!

I spoke to an agent from General line 1-888-242-2100 (1-2-1). I am not sure if a particular agent from Sudney can help us even in case we can reach him over the phone. According to my experience CIO at Sydney acts like a hub to brush out inadmissible applications on the first step and pass it.

I think 3-6 months from date of PER we should get medicals. Im from LVO and LVO is a bit slow. I think NDVO and other offices are fast and you guys should get it faster.

Fingers crossed for medicals.
