Check for "Paper File Transfer History". This will tell you when your file was transferred.

Initially, the Primary office is "Central Intake Office" and Secondary is the one you mentioned in the application. When transfer happens, the primary office becomes the one you stated in the application.

Based on this information and comparing your file transfer information, I guess some officer should pick my file sooner or later. This is just a positive guess but ultimately one should have a luck

now u see.......our file transferred to CPP-OTTAWA even though our application dates are different.....

they may hav picked my file as i added my spouse in this march n they asked for documentation etc,............so many events like that kept moving the file
