Hi Guys,

I have recieved my client ID , checked my status online Sponsorship Application Status it had decision made : We sent you a letter on July 19, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Under Permanent Residence it has Medical results have been received. Its been a week since they mailed the letter out, i haven't recieved at my mailing address. I used a representative to fill out the paper work and he hasn't recieved it on his end. I called CIC contact centre this morning and finally got a hold of someone. They informed me that an email was sent out to my representative but didn't tell me what the decision was. I called up my representative he didn't recieve an emails on July 19 or any mail. Now i can't get hold of CIC as it keeps ringing busy. Is there any way of getting that message resent?(not sure if anyone has come across this issue). Also what does it mean by Medical resoults have been received does it mean the file has been transfered to the VO in New Delhi?

Hey! it looks like you have been approved... they don't refuse sponsors without asking for more proofs first, unless the person obviously doesn't fill out one of the criteria (criminal background, PR not living in Canada etc). So - it looks like you have been approved! I think they only resend if you have not received anything after 3 weeks. Maybe the first agent was wrong and they have sent you a letter... but you have not received it yet. Try calling again and let them know that you have not received the mail. Some agents are more helpful than others...

yes it would be heartening for your guys to see an approval for May 1st or May 2nd...........but April is getting there so for sure next week the first of May will be seeing some action....hang in there a little longer.....it's coming.....

Sure -

App sent 03 May 2012, Returned 24 May due to 'incomplete' papers (which actually were complete).

Resent end of May - arrived 03 June at CPC mississauga

AOR (not sure if thats right) - 06 July - email stating they have my application, medical and given UIC and file number

Decision Made - 10 July - stated "letter sent to your address on the decision made"
