Hey May applicants,

hang in there - it's coming... i know it is really long, frustrating, and slow... but it's almost there. Your spreadsheet look pretty good! nice colors, and an impressive number of people have received either AOR or approval already - almost half of the applicants has heard something from CIC, which is about the same as the april applicants! so you guys are definitely on the right track, and I'm happy that it's taking a little less time for you that it's for us (me being from April that is).

It's funny how cic worked so hard for a couple days and gave so many AORs and Sponsor Approvals and then this week it just seems like they are falling behind again... We need to keep out fingers crossed hopefully Friday will be the day they release their AORs

I sent mine 2nd may too. No word yet. Hopefully within the next 10 - 12 days!!!

Hi everybody! We were gone camping and returned last night to some good news! We had received an AOR on July 12th and then sponsor approval on July 19th They received our application on May 18th. VO is Vienna. I had prepared myself that we wouldn't hear anything until August so it was a nice surprise for sure! Of course I was hoping they would get faster. I just read through all the posts and I hope that everyone will receive some good news very soon!! Especially all the folks who sent their application before May! Now I gotta think about the best way to deal with the fact that my medicals will expire soon...I don't want this to be a big hold up :-(

I was wondering if anybody can help me. I can only log on to the client application using my wife's details and only through a client I.D no. At what point do they issue ECAS and at what point will they give me a unique client I.D?

sponsor gets the unique client ID.....applicant uses the file/application number to log in........
