Hey Johare,johare12 said:Yeah its forever getting messed up! Some parts have an order and some parts don't, a little like CIC I suppose!
I have no idea what is happening with mines. Got a reply on October 26th (exactly a month now!) after sending a case inquiry (mainly after hearing about your story!!) telling me that "Your file is currently under review with an immigration officer and they will be in contact should they require any further information or have any updates." But since then my ECAS hasn't changed from Application received and I haven't heard anything at all. So I'm not sure where I stand, I thought that meant I was in process but beginning to think I was wrong. I'm just grateful to know it is in London but other than that I know very little.
We are going home to Scotland on the 12th December and I had really hoped to flagpole before then but looks like I will be Landing in January when we return. If I'm lucky by the looks of things... :
There is a difference between under review and in process. Under review is where your file is looked at for a complete package. No missing medicals, pcc's, evidence, forms etc etc etc. Once they have established that your file has everything then it is passed to an official who has the authority to issue the DM. Once it is passed to the reviewing officer who can issue COPR. In process is the very very last step before COPR is issued.
If London spreadsheet is anything to go by. It looks like they are still finishing off July applicants. It looks like now before Xmas they will finish off July hopefully and maybe half of August's but it is certainly going slow. I am not sure on their holiday dates for Xmas but I would assume they have 3 or 4 days over xmas but from mid December, I really think things will slow dramatically.
Fingers crossed that London pushes out a lot more COPR's before Xmas.
