Nothing today. I phoned again and got another agent with a very sweet voice. She asked if I had received the inquiry via email sent August 3rd. I told her that's what the agent yesterday asked me also, but then she put me on hold and confirmed there was no email, as did today's agent after I told her what the last one did. They are mis-reading something in my file. She said it's taking a while because I'm sponsoring a lot of people. I said no, only one.. the kids are on the application but not being sponsored. THEN she said the current time of the application is 3 month since August 16th? I don't know what she was talking about.. I always get the French agents. She told me it should be another 3 months
but that there was nothing wrong with my application. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on a call list for their customer service department. So their customer service department will call me back next week. These are the same people my MP will contact, she told me, but that him phoning might hold more weight. She wrote my complaint down as "concerned with application processing time"
