No, it is not about checking. I have literally received it in my mailbox exactly 26 minutes back from now. May be PER is a system generated email or may be CIC has workers working in different shift.

Hmm strange its 7.20 AM in Toroto and 8.20 AM in Sydney Canada.
Might be system generated or something like that.

BUT

WHO CARES...you got PER thats what counts.

I don't think there is anything like 'best' letter, just tell your VO about the change of phone number. something to this effect:
'Dear/Sir Madam,
This letter is to inform you of change of my residential phone number from XYX to YXZ. Please use this new number for future correspondence.
With kind regards....'
You can improve on that..Hope it helps...Mandie

Sorry for not being on the forum since last three days as i was out of town at remote location.

did any May application got his EAS as Recieved by Visa office.

i am desperatley waiting for mine. i recieved PER on 9th June.

Please let me know.
