You said the letter has someone else's name on it, but does the form also have the name on it? If it doesn't I am sure u can use it. Furthermore VOs tend to send standard reply without addressing the content of the CSE sent. I will suggest u post this in the main post June 26 any NOC thread for a wide view.

Yes it is addressed for another person n the instruction details are not totally matching my case. The letter, in fact is like a reply of a query that is similar to mine but at a different stage of processing. It has many links for the different forms to be filled by that applicant but has no such name as "add child to application form". Anyways, I have asked NDVO to make it clear.......

Today I received most awaited MR/RPRF/PCC and original transcripts of my spouse n mine.
I morning around 9:30am TCS call me to collect the letter and 4:00pm it was in my hand.
Letter is dated 12/01/2012. And this date is exactly 2 days after delivery of courier (10/01/2012) containing dox for the addition of newborn son.
Here is a point to note.....on 31/01/2012 I receive an email to submit "NEW/UPDATED SCHEDULE A" for myself and for my spouse, which I submitted, same day through email scan copy.
Underneath is tracking detail of the courier:-

Booking Date : 08-FEB-12
Shipper : TCS VISATRONIX

Same like many others, I did not found any “enclosed reply label”.
Please advise which address I use to send RPRF and PCC.
VO only asks me to submit PCC from Pakistan, while I have submitted PCC from UK with CIO application, where I lived a number of years on student visa. But VO does not ask for updated PCC from UK.
Please advise should I submit only they asked for or from UK also.

Just a question about forms to b submitted for adding newborn child. I got an email from my VO with attached file for the forms but it is unfortunately a letter addressed to other applicant that was attached probably by mistake. Which forms (new n updated) should we fill to include child in application?
please kindly suggest as u ve already done it....

now my doubt follows:

when my application recieved by CIO,i did not submitt the pcc for my wife from saudi arabia.because i did nt get the same at that moment.

but after receiving the file number from CIO in may 2011,i have sent pcc of my wife from saudi to new delhi VO .this has happened after nearly 2 months of getting file number.

now my status showing as in process from nov 15th 2011.but till now no medicals.but lot of my friends in the same time span recieved medicals.

i have a doubt that ..because i did'nt submit pcc(complete application package) along with application,is there any chance of getting delay to recieve medicals????

i heard that if any documents is missing or not submitted completely at right time ...there is a chance of getting delay for 4-6 months....is it right or not??

pls share your experiences........am eagerly waiting to hear from you all

yes, I m currently in Pakistan but lived in UK during 2006 to 2009.
NO, I did apply from Pakistan in last year june (JUne 2011).
Dear, it is up to u either u inculde PCC to CIO or later on submit to Visa Office.
I don't think this reason casue a long dely in processing.
I hope you will hear soon and Visa Officer will ask u for PCC

Visa Office asked to submit following documents for addition of newborn.
These are as asked by Lonon VO
(email cut.....which I recieved from VO)

Updated forms which are available on our website:

*New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the
principal applicant
*New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for yourself and
each family member over the age of 18
*Documents for your new baby:

* Processing fee of $150
* 2 passport photos
* Long form birth certificate
* Copy of passport biopage

My adress disappeared last Jan 27 and today is the positive results..so guyz all those adress diappeared just hang in there,,there is always a good results.
