Hi, let ur supervisor write another letter. In addition, add other documents like payslips, correspondence with employer, contract/promotion basically anything that shows you work there. You can also let your colleagues at work vouch for you..the onus is now on you to clear VO's doubt. Another applicant had similar experience (but his after verification call)....Will search for the link.....Mandie

Harry,

It's good that the VO gave you the opportunity to clear their doubt, what documents did you submit initialy?

Like Mandie rightly said, gather every documents relating to your employments and mail it to the VO. Documents like letter of offer of employment, letter of promotion (if any), tax clearance certificates, letter of commendation (if available), transfer letters, certificates of trainings/seminars attended on the job. A copy of your ID card and complimentary card. The list is endless.

Even if you have pictures you took on the job or video recordings, do send them also.

If you don't mind you can send originals of these document with a prepaid return envelope for them to return the documents with.

And do not forget to send a very passionate and convincing cover letter.

All the best.

Dear Mandie and Polestar, thanks a lot for your help. I will get another letter and letters from my work mates and even some pictures.

Indigo,

The only thing I could decipher from it is that the due date is exactly a year from your AOR date, may be by that date all checks and assessments are expected to have been completed.

Thanks a lot.....

Hiii fellows,

I am in india to celebrate Dewali. Yesterday i got a letter from the consulate that assessment has been completed on my application and visa officer has doubts on my employment. He thinks that my employment reference letter is not genuine. The visa officer has given me 30 days to clear up the doubts. My previous employer told me that he received no verification call. Any helpful suggestions guys ????.

Dear Harry,
I saw that our helpfull buddies suggested you the correct things which will help you no doubt in solving your proof of employment problem. Beside their suggestion I want to add that before sending necessary papers, you first meet your employer and collect detail information (the detail dialogues between your employer and the VO) from him. Then verify yourself what information collected the VO and what information you have provided in your application. Compare and try to findout the gap. Otherwise, the defficiency may remain in your supporting papers. May be the VO did not informed you all the gaps they found.

Wish you all the best. Don't worry, be confident that God will help you in solving your problem.

With regards.

Hello All.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN.. I had received a very special gift today.. From June 2011 my status was RBVO and today Oct 31t has been changed to ‘in-process” .. can anyone tell me what to expect with this “in-process’. Am I on the safe side already when it comes for eligibility?
