I have done a little anaylsis of the spreadsheet for year 2011 specifically for london Visa office .

Here below are the average timelines

Duration between Application sent and CIO ER Complete = 42 days

duration between CIO ER complete and RBVO= 30 days

Duration between RBVO and In process = 50 days

Dear My PER details told me that my DD encash date is 6th May

Hi Bro,

My application was delivered on 2nd June and as per my bank DD is cashed but they could not advice the date of encashment. Also, i have not received file number yet.

Could you please advice in what means you receive AOR? By email or mail? How does the email look like and email id. Am bit concerned as lots of efforts and money spent

All the May applicants are yet to receive their AOR. So I guess you have to wait for few more days. Now a days AOR are coming in around 50+ days of receiving the application. so you can relax for few more days.

Yeah, as for June applicants, wait till all May are done, its taking 50+ days (Mine took 55 days), so you can count your PER (approximately).
