I think u got the same from NDVO.
Do not worry, U will get form for Medical from the hospital ,when u will go to hospital mentioned in the list,
Form is common, u need to just change name and some extra things.

My case was same they have just sent only 4 forms.

Thanks nokia for ur wonderful wishes, but i received only four attachments as i discuss . they are not sending me individual medical for faimly members they only send me the request letter on my name. but one question on 16 may 2011 i sent all the forms including me ,my wife and my son but 16 oct 2011 i am blessed with another baby then on 15 dec 2011 according to the reply of the CSE i again send the form IMM0008 with shows the new born status but now as i received only 4 atachements how i confirm that my new born is attached with my file or not ,or another way is have to do my medicals with both child and spouse. what u suggest please tell me. nokia u also receive the attachment of cover letter can u send me that attachment through PM

Keep checking with your bank if your draft has been encashed....that way you can assess the visa stamping date

My App was received by NS on 12th May 2011, and in process with date status since 8th Dec.

From all the forums I have learnt that once you status changes to IN PROCESS with date, you can expect your MR within a couple of weeks but today its excatly been 3 months after that status and still no medicals :'(

I think you should send VO an e-mail requesting an update on your file. I wish you get MR soon.

I have applied through a consultant and when I call them they only tell me to wait for some more time and going for a CSE will delay the file.
Also, my consultant is a Canada immigration recognized consultant.

Qurox asked me to wait until May.

I am really confused what to do.
