For pre June applicants they had an option to provide IELTS result or not . In the absence of IELTS they need to provide strong evidences of there good command over English and it was upto visa officer to accept it or not.

Only for applications received at CIO,Sydney before 9th April 2010, thereafter it was mandatory for IELTS to be sent (to Visa office with complete docs. submission) for your application to considered complete.

I am also a Pre June applicant. I did not also submitted IELTS, i sent a written explanation. I have received my caips and my language cods =1 which mean fluent in English. Still waiting for medicals.

You are still not clear. Your points summary should show 16 for language, then only can you be sure that VO has given you full points for English.

The '1' you are mentioning pertains to the Personal Information data at the end of the CAIPS, where they state information you have put in the IMM0008 form. It is not an assessment of your language skills but merely a status of the deceleration you have put in the form.

hi, try to look at cic application form.In Application for permanent residence in canada page 2 of 2 (DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS) you may include your child as your additional info. what i did is i made a note attched in the form that this is my additional information. please update my file. ..

Never woory. It only signifies that your file had been transfered to your VO. Your status will change in the next feww weeks. And in about 2-3 months you will get an update.

hello. its not that they don`t want immigrants anymore. kenney wants to trim down the thousands of backlog applicants waiting for the results. they dont want to wait for number of years before the applicants may receive the final decision. that is why they cut down applicants for july 1,2011 to 10,000 application for them to control the volume of people and prioritize those papers who are in pending review. It takes a lot of patience with most Prayers. sooner our may 2011 batch will be granted.MABUHAY!!!

When i send my applications i received my 1st AOR without ielts because I just got 6 for overall band score, then when may 2nd AOR came, I am wondering why they didn't request for my IELTS. I asked my agency why it is not included they told me just to take ielts again.

I am a bit confused

if you have'nt send them your IELTS till now...do that immediately...they will reject your file once it goes into review.....thay may have made a mistake while checking your file.

dear please guide us we have received our 2nd AOR in July but our E case is not opening with new application number our e case status still RBVO and opening by old application number.
