Dear All,
i just recently got my 1st AOR. i had applied on 21st may. Actually my case was rejected because they were not able to process by credit card payment. i had not sent my CVV number and that is why it got rejected. i was very dissapointed and did not know what to do. i even talked to some very high profile immigration lawyers in karachi. but they told me that there is no hope.

just as a last resort i wrote to the minister of immigration explaining that there is no information in the application guide or the form that the cvv number needs to be shared and through no mistake of mine my application is rejected.

just a few days ago they wrote back saying that they will reconsider my orignal application and i need to send it again. this time i sent it with demand draft and only a few days latter i got a response telling me to submit my documents in 120 days.

i am very impressed by the fairness of the immigration system. i hope all goes well for me.

i will need the help of all you guys for the documents. i have a few questions which i will post soon.

Following forms are changed:-

1) Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)

2) Fees payment Form – Application for PR (includes Credit Card CVV no)

3) Document Checklist (IMM 5612)

To all who are submitting the full documents can take a note of this.

It will not affect your application as this forms are changed from Dec-10.

You can see the month & year at the end of the page on left side of the form.

I suggest you to attached the copy of set of documents (sent to CIO) along with the updated forms filled and signed latest to Buffalo.

hullo guru's.

i have a few questions
- i dont have the birth certificate but i have whats called a "b-form" its specific to pakistan. is that okay to submit instead of the birth certificate
- do i send in copies of the orignal forms that i submitted to CIO and update the changes vis a vis by new passport number, change in address etc on the cover letter OR do i fill in the forms again with the updated information and also reflect the old versus the new in the cover letter
- i was in egypt for 10 months but was travelling out of egypt every month. do i need to get a police certificaite or not. i was not there for a stretch of 6 months.

i am about to send my doc to VO...
some one wrote above that we also need to fill new forms and sign with latest date and send them photo copy that was send to CIO.
as per my understanding, we are suppose to send the copy of forms sent to CIO and thats it.
please confirm if i need to fill new forms?
