One question.

Is it necessary to withdraw Old application if i want to put new file under Fast Track application ? Or both file run parallel ?

Hi All!

I phoned NADRA Call Centre (111-786-100) today and they told me they don't issue any Birth certificates and birth cetificates are issued by union council e-g DMA/CDA in Islamabad. She said they can issue form-B or family registration certificate but not birth certificate.

I have seen some posts on this froum before where people have said birth certificates are issued by NADRA. I want to make it clear only union councils are issuing birth certificates and not NADRA. NADRA can only issue ID crads / Form-B (family registration certificate)

Feel free to provide feedback on this issue.

If anybody knows the timeline for Buffalo VO to get the second AOR, please let me know

I did search for the option of transferring the application to New Delhi VO, but not getting positive results.

Transferring to another VO is completely dependent on the visa officer and there are chances he might not choose to do so. I do not want to take that risk as VO is finding ways to reject applications.

In general, people who do the 2nd stage wait for few days(or months) and then receive medical request (if everything goes fine). In that case, if I give my friend's address, then he will let me know once he receives the med request docs and then I can come with family to US and get the medicals done. Infact, I am going to travel in business trips whole next year and it is just for my wife and kid that I need to plan travel.

What is your opinion ?

Just a frndly advice.. don't count on getting in states on H1b visa at your own will .. they are getting a lot strict at POE.. so I hope u can get a valid business reason to fly back and get things sorted out.

The behaviour is not surprising, that is expected at this time everyone would be busy gathering his/her document besides there would be nothing to post since most people are not expecting anything the ball is now is their court. Well, i am back now since i have sent mmy full documents already.
I will pick up the management of the table back and anybody willing to assist or take part can plz inform me.

I am a post June applicant & some of our friends in our thread have got their AOR.

I want to compare the post-June AOR with the pre-June 1st & 2nd AOR so we can realize the difference in the 2 processes.

I'll appreciate it if you can help me & post for me the contents (without personal details ofcourse) of the 2 AORs of pre-June applicants.

need some help.
i am planning to send my full doc to VO. i got current employer reference letter on letter head but i am looking for another job so i might leave this job in next 15 days.
reference letter that i got says that i am working. but after 15 days i will leave it. should i wait for that and mention in reference letter that i worked here and now working somewhere else
what is the easist way of doing it.

Got you.. Thanks for the input... Getting B1 from my office is not a problem and while I do that I will get B2 for my wife and son stating that they may want to go to US often as he was there during his childhood days and want to maintain the connections .. My friend suggested this route and said they should give B2 for my family without any issues... Then I can use that to take them for medicals .

Thanks a lot.. Now I am pretty clear on next steps and let me go ahead and see if all goes as per plan...
