Hello Everyone,

Someone to give me advise about the next problem, I am from Colombia and I applied through a agency here(they have a lawyer in Canada) according to them my documents where sent directly from Canada To Sydney-Canada in 3rd May, and I paid through a check so it s not easy to know if it was charged, but they have not told me nothing about my status application.

so I want to inquire through email directly with Sydney because I called to sydney yesterday at 16139444000, after that they ask me form my name, my date of birhtday and date of fill to sydney, I answer everithing but the exactly date of filled I dont know so they told me that I have to ask to my lawyer for the exactly date of filled.

But my problem is that the agency here in Colombia told me that the lawyer in Canada Filled the docs the first days of may that could be(3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of may) What Can I do?

Does anyone know an email of sydney where I can send a inquire about my process?

according to your contract you must contact your consultant and get all important information about your application such as date of submit the application and date of CC chaging.

TEGNUS------Dear i got AOR ON 28 september and i sent my documents to visa office newdelhi on 6 october(within week)and my e cas not showing till now anything.so does my file trasferred from nova scotia to newdelhi by now or not?and if not what newdelhi visa office will do with my package?when they will put on computer system?please advise..

dear i had pcc dated 22 july2010 and my husband pcc 20 september2010 ,both are fresh ....les than 3 months old

It's just 2 days. It doesn't happen so fast. In New Delhi it will probably take 1.5-3 months when you will receive AOR.

ecas is not reliable. If you have got your 1st AOR you are in system therefore they know that you have got it, don't worry.

It will take some time... Be patient, you will need it a lot

TEGNUS-----Why i started worrying the moment i recieved email enquiry today from newdelhi visaoffice that they didnt recieve my package ,BLUEDART tracker shows delivered to visa office on 7 october2010 morning10.35 stamped.afterthat i sent an e mail enquiry to visa office for my reciept of an application package and they answered today we didnt recieve any letter from me,
