I think the way CIO work is depend on the VO. If your VO is loaded with many applications, CIO will delay the AOR. My VO is buffalo and I havenot recevied mine. I think there is communication between CIO and VO. The VO can ask CIO to release more AOR or not as long as CIO still within there time limit, 10 weeks. That is my explination I came with.
Hope buffalo VO ask CIO to release more application soon.

I am 100% sure that they are delaying our AORs deliberately....that is the reason they are issuing AORs totally out of order which they never did before....our bad luck they implemented every new messy experiment on MAY applicants.....otherwise they could have not charged the credit cards if their plans were to not process the applications for some time...

Please take it easy with CIO. Now that we assume that CIO is working on VO by VO, It will get to our turn
I also urge all members of the forum, especially May applicant to wait and see hoe things will unfold in the next few days and weeks
I suppose the screening committee has concluded work on Buffalo and ND Visa Office
It might London, Accra or other Visa Office that has less work load

Mine is New Delhi and I have not got mine. But I am in US and applied through a lawyer in Canada.
God, the wait is more agonizing seeing others are getting and we are not getting, giving an impression whether we have made mistakes in the application.

guys be positive .. let's look at the bright side .. if some of us delayed our application by a month we wouldn't even qualify .. you would probably laugh at me .. when i first applied i thougth i would in canada by may 2011 : .. hahah .. now .. don't have a clue .. i am buffalo vo applicant ..

I'm not sure about that. Me and 2 others applicants of this list chose Damascus VO. This statistics indicate that there is not any overload of the applications, while no one of Damascus VO has got AOR.
