My VO is also New Delhi.
If u go through Visa Office Specific Instructions of ND, in Appendix A Instruction number 13. (FEE PAYMENT) ....
It states... " If you do not, we will return your application. Processing fees are not refundable. "

If you have got PCC in February and submitted your application in May then you need the new ones but in this case they are valid.

Yes saki is absolutely right. As we are Pre 26 June applicants so we are under those rules. In Pre 26 June guide, it says PCC should not old than 3 months from ur date of initial application submission to CIO....


For new Post 26 June rules, guide says something else which is not applicable to us and not only this but also very confusing for post 26 June applicants also...

Tegnus, I wish you could add a column to the table for VO. maybe you can decrease the width of the received date. for example from "10th May" it can change to "10".

I sent a query to London VO about my application on 13 Sep and got the following reply after about 10 days as below:

"Dear Applicant, Below is the response we received from CIO
- We currently do not have record of your application, please check back after 30 days."

I again sent a query last week and yesterday got the following reply:

"Dear Applicant, Below is the response we received from CIO
- Your file is currently with CIO in Sydney, waiting for assessment. Due to the high volume of applications it may take some time for your application to receive a decision. You will be contacted by CIO once the decision is made".
